Terms of Service

DealScroll is a UK shopping discovery platform. We show personalised product deals, price drops and sale offers sourced from approved retailer and affiliate feeds, authorised data sources and our own curation, and we link you to the retailer selling the product.

DealScroll is early-stage and preparing for launch with approved retailer and affiliate partnerships. Features may change, and parts of the service may be unavailable while we develop it.

DealScroll is not a retailer and does not sell, supply, dispatch or invoice any of the products it displays. Every purchase is a contract between you and the third-party retailer you are taken to. Their terms, delivery, returns, warranty and consumer-rights processes apply, and any dispute about an order must be raised with them.

Deals are checked and approved by an administrator before publication, and offers with no meaningful saving or implausible pricing are rejected. Even so, prices, discounts, stock levels and delivery terms are set by retailers and can change at any time without notice.

Always confirm the current price, specification and availability on the retailer’s own page before buying. Information on DealScroll is provided for discovery purposes and does not constitute an offer to sell or advice about a purchase.

Some links on DealScroll are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you buy after clicking, at no extra cost to you. Deals carrying an affiliate or tracked link are labelled with an #ad badge. See our affiliate disclosure for detail.

• You must be at least 16 years old to hold a DealScroll account.
• Browsing our public pages does not require an account; personalised feeds, saving deals and posting do.
• You must give accurate registration details, including your date of birth, and keep your account details up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity carried out under your account.
• One person should not operate multiple accounts to manipulate rankings, engagement or moderation.

When using DealScroll you must not:

• Post content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or otherwise harmful.
• Submit counterfeit, stolen, recalled, age-restricted or otherwise prohibited goods, or offers that misrepresent a price or saving.
• Post spam, undisclosed advertising, referral schemes or content whose main purpose is self-promotion.
• Scrape, copy, resell or systematically extract the platform's content, or attempt to access data you are not entitled to.
• Interfere with the platform's security, availability or moderation controls, or use automated tools to inflate engagement.
• Impersonate another person, retailer or brand, or imply an endorsement or partnership that does not exist.

We may remove content, restrict features or suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, and we may decline to publish any submission.

You keep ownership of the content you submit. By submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute it within DealScroll and in our own promotion of the platform. You confirm you have the right to grant that licence and that the content does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

The DealScroll name, logo, design, software and page content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Retailer and brand names are used descriptively to identify the source of an offer and remain the property of their owners.

DealScroll links to retailer and other third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products, security or privacy practices.

We aim to keep DealScroll available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, suspend or withdraw features, and we may update these terms as the service develops. The date at the top shows when they were last changed; continuing to use DealScroll after a change means you accept the updated terms.

DealScroll is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for loss arising from a retailer’s pricing, stock, delivery, product quality or conduct, from a deal that has expired or changed, or from any indirect or consequential loss such as lost savings, profits or data.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights against the retailer you buy from.

You can close your account at any time in the app’s account settings, or by emailing hello@dealscroll.co.uk . We may close or suspend an account where these terms are breached, or where we are required to do so by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence where local law gives them that right.
